Great write up & lots of help. Just did this to my 01 748 when it was cutting out when idling for a few seconds and/or giving it gas. Put it all together but now it won’t start at all. I put new relays and new gas, but nada. Any suggestions would be a great help!

Yup, that should work. The diagrams are slightly different, but they mean the same thing.

Hi, I was looking on ebay to find 2 replacement relay. I can’t find any with the exact same schematic.
They are all 12V, 30A, 5 pins, SPDT, but the on the drawing, between 85 and 86, there is alway the little symbol (resistance?) on the left that is missing. Do you know if I can still use it?

thanks, I had this problem + the pump was broken as well. On my Cagiva Gran Canyon, without these relay working I had no sparks at the sparkplugs

Can you tell me what length are the fork tubes for a 1995 rf 900.
And what other tubes that will fit into the sliders and are about 2″ longer as this is on a project bike. Thankyou
