Honda doesn’t list larger jets than stock for the XR250L, but they are available. Main jets from the XR250R are not compatible, but slow jets are.
Using the part numbers from the smaller jets and extrapolating (as detailed here), we can find the part numbers for the larger jets. ie, the part number for a #122 main jet is something like xxxx-xxx-122x and the part number for the #130 main jet is something like xxxxx-xxx-130x. This works for both pilot and main jets.
Somewhere along the lines, Honda released new part numbers for certain sizes to replace the old part number. This is common for motorcycle manufacturers to do. The old part number might look like xxxxx-393-xxxx and the new one might look like xxxxx-GHB-xxxx, but the same structure and extrapolation used before still works. You don’t need to know this, but it explains the discrepancies in the part numbers below.
Without further adeu, here is the list of carburator jet part numbers for the Honda XR250L (all years, I believe):

Slow Jet
- #35 – 99103-437-0350
- #38 – 99103-437-0380
- #40 – 99103-MAL-0400
- #42 – 99103-437-0420

Addendum: According to the thread linked above, the XR-R and XR-L pilots are compatible but not identical. I used XR-R part numbers in this post. I can’t see many reasons to use XR-L slow jets instead of XR-R slow jets, but I’ll make the distinction clearer above once I figure out the XR-L slow jet part numbers.
